Nikica grew up in a family with several healthcare professionals and saw how emotionally fulfilled they were by helping others to achieve their best health. She always knew she would be a healthcare provider as well. Nikica has a strong belief that there’s always room for improvement in a person’s life.

She attended medical school in Novi Sad, Serbia, and after graduating continued her education at Visoka Zdravstvena Skola Strukovnih Studija in Zemun, Belgrade, finishing in 2003.
